Introduction
This role involves processing warranty claims for Truck North America. The position requires a blend of analytical skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication to manage and resolve warranty issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau, including proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and contribute to problem-solving in a team environment.
- Understanding of data tools such as Power BI or Snowflake.
- 0–2 years of experience, including relevant internship or academic experience.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
- Technical knowledge of or curiosity about engines, machines, or mechanical systems.
- Strong collaboration skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze data and develop reports on the overall performance of business segments.
- Analyze technical warranty issues by reviewing warranty/service documentation and vehicle/engine design details.
- Assist in failure analysis and developing reliable warranty test procedures.
- Coordinate with repair facilities and internal departments to resolve warranty claim issues.
- Create visualizations of data sets to facilitate business decision-making.
