Job Description

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.

About the Role

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization focused on delivering high-impact construction execution through lean practices, collaborative delivery, and performance-driven outcomes.

We are hiring a Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to support multiple hyperscale data center projects across North Texas. This role sits within our owner’s representative construction management team, overseeing critical process utility infrastructure tied to water and wastewater systems.

This is a full-time, long-term position with WWPS, not a contract or staff augmentation role. You will be embedded in major mission critical builds with continuity across projects, full benefits, and long-term career stability.

We are actively hiring for immediate project needs across multiple Texas sites and are structured to support both traveling and relocating candidates. Per-dem and travel packages are available, and we also offer relocation assistance for candidates seeking long-term placement.

This is an opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role with consistent project continuity, rather than short-term contract work. If you are looking for sustained engagement on large-scale, mission critical builds with a clear path forward, this role is built for that.

Role Overview

The Wastewater Treatment Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the installation, commissioning, and turnover of water and wastewater infrastructure systems supporting hyperscale data center operations.

This role ensures systems are delivered on schedule, fully compliant, and aligned with mission critical performance standards, including reliability, maintainability, and environmental compliance.

You will operate in a fast-paced, zero downtime tolerance environment where execution quality and schedule adherence are critical to overall project success.

Key Responsibilities – Process Utility Systems (Water / Wastewater)

  • Serve as the owner’s representative discipline lead for wastewater and water infrastructure systems across multiple active data center sites
  • Oversee installation and execution of: Wastewater treatment systems, Industrial water handling and discharge systems, Cooling water support infrastructure as applicable
  • Validate contractor scope, installation methods, and system compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Lead coordination between contractors, design teams, and client stakeholders to resolve field issues quickly and effectively
  • Drive design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and field clarifications related to process utility systems
  • Perform regular site walkdowns to verify installation quality, identify deviations, and enforce construction standards
  • Support QA/QC execution including inspection plans, testing procedures, and system validation
  • Participate in commissioning, turnover, and startup activities to ensure systems meet operational readiness requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation including issue tracking, test records, and progress reporting
  • Contribute to a commissioning-driven culture with strong focus on system performance and reliability
  • Mentor junior staff and reinforce best practices across project teams

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of construction experience in one or more of the following: Data centers, Industrial water or wastewater systems, Advanced manufacturing, Oil and gas or heavy industrial environments
  • Experience supporting process utility systems, water infrastructure, or industrial piping systems
  • Strong understanding of construction execution, sequencing, and coordination in complex environments
  • Ability to operate in schedule-critical, fast-paced project environments
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to water and wastewater systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction documentation platforms

Preferred Experience

  • Experience on hyperscale or mission critical projects
  • Exposure to commissioning and startup of utility systems
  • Familiarity with owner’s representative or client-side project delivery models
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification
  • Experience working across multiple sites or large-scale programs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent field experience will be considered

What Sets This Role Apart

  • Full-time employment with WWPS. Not a contract role
  • Long-term project pipeline across multiple hyperscale data center builds
  • Opportunity to work within an owner’s representative structure, influencing outcomes rather than just executing scope
  • Exposure to large-scale, technically complex, mission critical infrastructure
  • Competitive compensation, full benefits, and career progression
