Our team of affable and highly informed sales personnel is dedicated to ensuring that you acquire a hot tub or sauna that perfectly aligns with your preferences. Our team of certified technicians, water care specialists, and customer service representatives excel in providing unparalleled post-purchase assistance, setting a benchmark in the industry.
Job Overview:
As a Water Care Technician, you will ensure an exceptional experience for all owners of our hot tubs, swim spas, pools, saunas, and other quality products while providing outstanding support to our internal team. You'll deliver proactive, elite service, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and uphold all safety policies and procedures.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 /Hourly
Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly and monthly spa and pool water care (training provided)
- Perform water balancing and pool cleaning for a pre-assigned customer base
- Maintain and meet goals set by management
- Complete additional assigned duties as needed
- Stay current on training and certifications to repair hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, humidity)
- Load/unload and handle chemicals safely
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Dependable, motivated, and results-driven
- Mechanical, plumbing, or electrical skills preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and multi-screen CRMs
- Must pass MVR, background check, and drug screening
