Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Lead Water Damage Mitigation: Oversee the mitigation process, ensuring efficiency and thoroughness in all water damage restoration tasks.
Team Management: Directly supervise, train, and mentor a team of technicians, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
Assessment and Reporting: Conduct on-site assessments of water damage and prepare comprehensive reports for job planning and execution.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain water extraction and dehumidification equipment safely and effectively.
Client Interaction: Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of restoration timelines and progress.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company protocols regarding safety and quality.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2 years experience in water damage restoration or related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using restoration equipment and moisture meters.
Certifications: IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as required.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations and make decisions quickly.
Teamwork: Collaborative spirit with a focus on achieving common goals.
Availability: Flexibility to work in emergency situations, including weekends and holidays if required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
