Overview
Job Description
- Respond to emergency water, fire, and board-up calls (on-call rotation required)
- Inspect losses, extract water, set up drying systems, and perform demolition as needed.
- Monitor equipment and document progress with photos, readings, and job notes.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and team members.
- Follow IICRC standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Take ownership of your work from start to finish.
- Struggle with punctuality or accountability
- Need constant supervision to stay productive
- Avoid physical work or uncomfortable environments
- Have a negative attitude or blame others when things get tough
- Someone who shows up on time, ready to work.
- A team player who takes pride in doing things right.
- Someone who wants a career, not just a paycheck.
- A person who can be trusted to represent our company in customers’ homes.
- 1–3 years of experience in mitigation, construction, or hands-on trades (preferred, not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) are a plus — we will help you earn them
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- $17–$24/hour DOE
