Water Specialist
- $3000 Signing Bonus*
Are you highly motivated, confident, energetic, and have a positive attitude? Well, you may be what we're looking for. Here at Kaat's Water Conditioning, Inc. dba Culligan, we are continually growing and are in need of a Sales Representative at our Grand Rapids location. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Specific Job Duties
- Follow up on leads
- Follow up on self-generated leads
- Follow ethical procedures related to in-home sales presentations
- Provide a daily schedule of self-generated lead activity to the sales manager
- Maintain current customer relationships as well as build new ones
- Follow-up on company-generated leads

Job Requirements
Looking for a highly motivated and confident individual. Prior outside sales experience with a successful record of closing, be a self-starter with initiative and intuition, and be able to produce self-generated sales each month.
Specific Job Requirements
- 1+ years sales experience preferred but not required
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license and car insurance
- Basic computer knowledge
- Skill and ability to work well with customers
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication
- Great presentation skills
- Exceptional work ethic
- A driven self-starter
- A high degree of honesty and integrity
- Professional appearance and demeanor
