Experienced Technician Wanted – Take the Next Step in Your Career
Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking a skilled Water Treatment Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and delivering high-quality service to homeowners.
You’ll handle installation, maintenance, and repair of residential water treatment systems, with support from an experienced dispatch and service team.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, service, and maintain residential water treatment systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues in the field.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Educate customers on system operation and recommended service.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
Systems You’ll Work On:
- Water softeners.
- Reverse osmosis systems.
- UV filtration systems.
- Acid neutralizers.
- Pressure tanks.
- Residential well system components and pump equipment.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in water treatment, plumbing, or mechanical service.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Experience with well systems or plumbing is a plus.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload.
Work Location:
- Field-based (residential service calls)
