Job DetailsWe are seeking a seasoned engineering professional with deep experience in water and wastewater systems to support complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. This role combines technical leadership, project oversight, and client-facing responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to organizational growth and technical excellence.Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering discipline such as Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or a closely related field
• At least seven years of progressive experience supporting and managing water and/or wastewater engineering projects
• Strong understanding of treatment processes, hydraulic principles, and permitting or regulatory coordination
• Working knowledge of structural design fundamentals, applicable codes, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in computer-aided design tools and common engineering software platforms
• Demonstrated ability to independently assess engineering challenges and apply established methods and standards
• Proven capability to collaborate across teams and locations, balancing technical and interpersonal communication
• Experience working directly with clients and supporting long-term professional relationships
• Exposure to business development activities within the water or wastewater sector
• Participation in technical committees, industry groups, or professional associations is preferred
