Job DetailsJoin a growing engineering and consulting firm in a key leadership role focused on expanding and mentoring a water/wastewater team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys developing people, building client relationships, and helping drive the strategic growth of a successful practice.What You'll Do

• * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering professionals.
• * Manage and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• * Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
• * Provide technical guidance, quality oversight, and project leadership.
• * Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• * Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• * 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• * Strong background in project management, client engagement, and business development.
• * Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• * Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
