We are looking for a high-energy, professional Restaurant Assistant Manager to steer the ship. You’ll be the driving force behind our service team, blending upscale dining standards with a relaxed waterfront vibe. Your Impact: Operations, Leadership & Vibe

You’ll oversee the day-to-day magic of the Waterfront, ensuring that every burger, cocktail, and sunset view is served with perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Deliver 4-Diamond service to members and guests, ensuring every visit is memorable and every standard is met.
• Team Development: Lead the charge in hiring, training, and nurturing a team committed to excellence. You’ll update manuals, conduct training sessions, and mentor staff to reach their full potential.
• Operational Mastery: Manage the "business" side of the fun—including scheduling, payroll, inventory levels, and ordering supplies.
• Revenue Driver: Identify opportunities to maximize sales growth and revenue while managing grill operations, bar services, and beverage cart logistics.
• Culture Builder: Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere and handle guest concerns with the poise of a seasoned pro.
• Safety & Standards: Enforce company policies and safety protocols (OSHA/Health Dept) to keep our team and guests safe.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Experience:3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. We’re looking for a solid background in upscale dining and the ability to oversee multiple outlets simultaneously.
• The Brains: A high school diploma (or equivalent), proficiency in computer systems (40+ WPM), and a strong grasp of food prep and bar operations. (Familiarity with Agilisys is a huge plus!)
• The Look: A neat, well-groomed appearance that reflects the luxury of Horseshoe Bay Resort.
• The Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Requirements:
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if driving resort vehicles).
• TABC & Food Handler Certifications required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory MVR.
• Physical stamina to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs as part of the daily flow.
