About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented WCF D&C Fluids Specialist to join our client's team in the energy sector. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance by implementing self-assessments and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Requirements
- Experience in service delivery in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of HSE policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Previous experience with drilling fluids.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
