What You'll Do:
- Own the care professional (caregiver) schedule-make it happen, no excuses.
- Jump on last-minute changes and turn chaos into calm.
- Communicate like a pro with care professionals, clients, and our team.
- Use tech tools to keep everything organized and on point.
What We're Looking For:
- Hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to hustle.
- Self-motivated problem solver who doesn't wait for instructions.
- Great communicator with a knack for building relationships.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.
- Experience in home care or healthcare scheduling.
