We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical assistant who enjoys leadership, mentoring others, and helping create an exceptional patient experience.
As our Lead Dental Assistant, you will serve as a key member of the team by supporting the dentist, assisting with daily clinical operations, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
What You'll Do
• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency throughout the day• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting and treatment planning• Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards• Monitor and maintain clinical inventory and supplies• Train and mentor new dental assistants• Serve as a clinical resource for team members• Help coordinate daily workflows to ensure an outstanding patient experience• Support a positive and collaborative office culture
What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and clinical workflows• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Positive attitude and strong work ethic• Ability to lead by example and support team success• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
