We're opening a brand-new dental office in Las Vegas and are looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is excited to help build a successful practice from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role, help establish office workflows, mentor team members, and create an exceptional patient experience from day one.

What You'll Do
• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting and documentation• Manage clinical supplies and inventory• Train, coach, and support dental assistants as the team grows• Help establish efficient systems and workflows for the new office• Deliver outstanding patient care and create a welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
• Active Nevada Dental Assistant credentials required• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization, and compliance requirements• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset• Ability to thrive in a growing, startup-style environment• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
