Job Summary: The Wealth Advisor will be a pivotal member of a growth-oriented team, working alongside an experienced lead advisor to deliver client-focused wealth management solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and nurture an established and expanding client base while gaining hands-on experience in advanced financial planning, including retirement strategies, tax optimization, estate coordination, and risk management. You will participate in client meetings, contribute to the development of tailored investment and planning strategies, and strengthen client relationships through consistent guidance. Job Accountabilities:

Duties

  • Partner with the lead advisor to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions through technical sales, analytics, and client service, including investment sales for prospective clients.
  • Manage and deepen ongoing client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service
  • Participate in client meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial planning discussions
  • Articulating an in-depth understanding of Lenox's asset management capabilities to prospective clients during the initial stages of the discovery.
  • Manage and deepen client relationships while coordinating with vendors and third-party managers to oversee and optimize investment portfolios.
  • Serving as a liaison between the RM, the client, and selected vendors/third party money to effectively oversee each client's investment picture.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our vendors and third party money managers.
  • Works proficiently in our MOSAIC CRM to ensure compliance with documenting client meetings, annual CRIA reviews and client service resolutions.
  • Managing the workflow and client experience to ensure the quality, accuracy and timeliness for new account openings as well as ongoing service.
  • Support business development efforts, including prospecting, referrals, and team growth initiatives
  • Gradually assume greater responsibility for sophisticated financial planning, including retirement, tax-aware strategies, and estate planning coordination
  • Learn and integrate insurance and risk management solutions into holistic client plans

Required Knowledge

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge about the variety of investment choices available to satisfy portfolio construction including risk factors, tax implications, and why one investment would be selected over another
  • Market knowledge
  • Asset Class knowledge (equities, fixed income, alternatives) and Investment Vehicle knowledge
  • Knowledge of insurance solutions and variable/fixed/structured annuities is a plus
  • Experience at, or working for a FINRA regulated Broker Dealer

  • Experience with or strong interest in comprehensive financial planning

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a related financial services role
  • Familiarity with sophisticated financial planning and investments products specifically designed for high net worth clients
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses
  • Life & Health
  • CFA or CIMA a plus
  • CFP a plus

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $150,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
