Job Description
Primary Skills: Wealth Management (Expert), Data Analysis (Advanced), Business Requirements (Expert), Systems Integration (Advanced), Stakeholder Engagement (Expert) Contract Type: W2 (Contract to Hire) Duration: 6+ Months Location: Chicago, IL - 60606 (#LI-Hybrid)Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour#LPJob Summary: We are looking for a Business System Analyst with profound expertise in the wealth management domain to lead and support transformational initiatives, including the design and implementation of a new incentive management system. This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management operations and the ability to work closely with private wealth advisors, ensuring seamless integration across various technology platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in translating complex business needs into technical solutions, working across multiple initiatives to enhance system capabilities and support ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements for wealth management and incentive management systems.
- Support transformation initiatives to improve private wealth advisor workflows and systems.
- Manage a portfolio of applications, overseeing enhancements, integrations, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct data analysis and work with technology teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Serve as a Business Systems Analyst, facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
Must Have Skills:
- In-depth domain knowledge of wealth management, investments, trust, and advisor platforms.
- Strong capability in analyzing data and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Proven experience working across multiple applications and projects within complex environments.
- Technical background preferred (e.g., prior coding or technical experience).
Domain Experience Required:Extensive experience in the financial services industry, specifically within wealth management. Experience in implementing or supporting incentive/compensation management systems is highly preferred.
