Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer
Location: Westwood, MA or Johnston, RI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote after training) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $43–$48 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer to support the growth and expansion of a leading regional financial institution’s Wealth Management division. This role is focused on identifying and engaging high-quality, passive talent—primarily Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and Investment Consultants—across key markets including the Northeast, Midwest, and South.
This is a high-impact opportunity to partner closely with recruiters and business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor while helping the organization scale and capture market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates , with a focus on FINRA-licensed Financial Advisors
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple regions and markets
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Assess candidate qualifications, interest level, and licensing requirements
- Partner closely with assigned recruiters to align on hiring needs and sourcing strategies
- Present qualified candidates and facilitate introductions for interview consideration
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies tailored to specific markets and roles
- Track and manage candidate activity, pipelines, and progress through recruiting systems
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and keep talent engaged for future opportunities
- Represent the organization’s brand externally and promote its growth story within the wealth management space
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience , with a focus on FINRA-licensed Financial Advisors
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Strong understanding of wealth management and financial services terminology
- Ability to maintain a high volume of outbound activity across multiple channels
- Demonstrated persistence, resourcefulness, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Chrome extensions, social media, Boolean search)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track candidate pipelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to tailor sourcing approaches by market
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional certifications such as CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) or CDR (Certified Diversity Recruiter)
- Experience supporting Private Bank or Private Wealth recruiting functions

- Demonstrating deep market knowledge and acting as a strategic sourcing partner
Additional Details
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite in Westwood, MA or Johnston, RI
- Territory Coverage: Northeast (primary), with additional support in Midwest and Southern markets
- Interview Process: Two rounds (video interviews)

- Develop and pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates
- Build talent pipeline or database of potential candidates
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and manage communication with the candidates
