Please review the following job description:

Provide strategy to further enhance project management initiatives for various Advisor Growth & Development Team projects, helping to drive revenue generation for advisors within Wealth. This teammate will have an overall understanding of the Wealth line of business and supporting operating systems, policies and procedures throughout Truist. Participate in and head various projects, activities and events driven by the Advisor Growth & Development Team. Create and develop sales enablement tools in support of Advisor Growth & Development Team Activities across Truist Wealth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage moderately complex projects, programs and initiatives independently to achieve long-term objectives supporting the Wealth strategy
  • Develop and execute activities and planning regarding Advisor Growth & Development strategies and initiatives that will enhance advisors' abilities to achieve revenue goals
  • Work closely with the Advisor Growth & Development Team to develop and implement strategies based on consultations with business leaders inside and outside the business unit to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute process improvements to align with Truist goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Wealth strategy and top priorities and translate into relevant content for ongoing business operations and key routines.
  • Make recommendations and implement new tools to help bring scalability to the Wealth business
  • Possess an In-depth understanding of Truist Wealth functions, structure and processes and be able to integrate into all business functions to further the ability for advisors to be successful
  • Conduct research and analysis as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience on project teams and managing a segment of project work
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results and excellence in analysis, change management, project management, negotiation and persuasion
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic planning and partnership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent technology skills with an emphasis on the MS Suite of Products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three years of experience within financial services industry or other related business
  • FINRA Registrations: SIE, S7, 66 or 63/65
