Weaponeering Program Office Support Project Lead

This position is contingent upon anticipated award date of March 31, 2026

• Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance Required - U.S. citizenship required
• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 Depending on Experience and Education
• Travel: 5%

Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Weaponeering Program Office Support Project Lead to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Weaponeering Program Office Support Project Lead

• Coordinate with senior JTCG/ME leadership and functional leads
• Serve as project lead for JTCG/ME Program office and product support
• Manage metrics, compliance, and deliverables; act as liaison to ensure compliance
• Maintain program schedules and database of briefings for functional areas
• Assist with prioritizing requirements and strategic planning
• Develop and coordinate data calls with combatant commands and armed Services
• Coordinate database standards and configuration management with JTCG/ME program office
• Complete administrative tasks for prioritization and strategy meetings
• Work within NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments
• Solicit and distill community feedback

Minimum Qualifications of Weaponeering Program Office Support Project Lead

Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field of Study and 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

• Comfort and effectiveness coordinating with senior organizational management
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with weaponeering discipline preferred
