Web Applications Developer – Job overview:
Applied Concepts has an exciting opportunity at our Richardson R&D facility, where you will be contributing to our custom-built ERP system. You will work with a team of experts to maintain and enhance our applications. You will take applications from planning and architecture development to production hand-off and continuous improvement activities. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work directly with users.
The compensation for this position is a combination of salary, medical, dental, and life insurance benefits along with a generous amount of paid time off. The annual salary for this role is $95,000-$105,000.

Web Applications Developer – How you'll make an impact:
- Provide technical knowledge to the project team while ensuring high level objectives and milestones are met. Coordinate with other team-members to complete technical tasks.
- Work directly with users to understand business requirements
- Stay aware of emerging technologies, techniques, and methodologies to support an inventive environment.
- Develop prototypes for proof of concepts.
Web Applications Developer – What you'll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience with HTML and CSS, including responsive design using Bootstrap 3
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, including jQuery
- 5+ years of experience with js
- 3+ years of experience working in Linux CLI environments
- Strong experience using AJAX and handling JSON data
- Experience integrating with external APIs (any type)
We will be particularly interested if you have:
- 3+ years of experience with full-stack development
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- Familiarity with WebSockets
- Familiarity with web servers
- Bachelor's degree in any field
