Web Applications ProgrammerJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Web Applications Programmer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing development of enterprise-level applications. These applications power a large public-sector regulatory and compliance platform used by both internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will work within an established application development team and contribute to mission-critical systems in a structured, Agile environment.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using modern architecture and requirements analysis practices*
- Develop, modify, and maintain application code and database objects*
- Implement new features, system enhancements, and bug fixes*
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams*
- Work within a ticket-based system, delivering updates and fixes daily*
- Document development activities, system changes, and enhancements*
- Follow established SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices
- 10+ years of experience with:*
- C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core* *
- ASP.NET MVC, Web API* *
- Front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap)* *
- SQL Server and/or Oracle (database design, stored procedures)* *
- Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)* *
- Agile methodologies (Scrum)*
- 5+ years of experience with:*
- DevOps practices and source control tools (Git)* *
- Web services development and support* *
- Cloud-based application development (preferably Microsoft Azure)*
- 4+ years of experience with:*
- Entity Framework*
- 3+ years of experience with:*
- Cloud environments (Azure preferred)*
- Experience working with regulatory or compliance-driven platforms*
- Experience in public-sector or government environments
