Job Description
Job title: Web-Based Tools Management Engineer
Location:Plano, TX
Duration: 3 Months
Description:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or Web-based Development; Advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) eight (8) years of Industry experience within Web Content Management Space
- Management experience with driving and implementing new web-based development within Information Management and customer engagement tools
- Experience at translating customer and business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and tangible product changes
- Experience with implementing AI and automation to enhance and improve functionality and efficiency for customer interface tools experience
- Good understanding of the fundamental aspects of basic security on web applications and platforms
- Experience with technical infrastructure design methodologies and datacenter architectures and automation
- Experience building a cloud governance plan, setting best cloud practices and procedures
- Good understanding of Telecom technologies and processes
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent written, oral communication and team focused but entrepreneurial spirit
- Management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Management skills to be able to communicate effectively, manage development time and implementations, indirectly manage internal resources, manage external vendors, and deliver updated status reports on activities as required
- Self-motivated, natural drive to learn and pickup new challenges
- Critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and courage to challenge the status quo
- Results oriented driven, not satisfied until the job is complete with the highest quality
- People skills in being able to work and interact with multiple groups and customers to develop the best-in-class web-based tools for Client Networks
