We have an excellent opportunity available for an individual that thrives on customer satisfaction and is able to work independently of supervision. This is a full-time opportunity (with company paid benefits) working in an office environment and at a VERY fast pace.

Our Web Billing Specialist is responsible for:

Reviewing Paperwork
Inputting billable items into Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia, SSO, IPP, and other specialized vendor portals
Process invoices
Audit Invoices
Interface with Billing Supervisor and AR supervisor
Generate reports as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with web portals listed
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Excel; Preferred knowledge of third-party portals
Possess initiative and is prepared to follow-up on problem areas with limited supervision
Ability to work well with others and detail oriented
