- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine content.
- Analyze data to identify and implement content improvements.
- Ensure content is easily discoverable and adheres to style guides.
- Manage content updates for annual compliance requirements.
- Ability to write clearly on complex topics.
- Experience with editorial feedback and style guides.
- Strong attention to detail and self-management skills.
- Proven experience as a technical writer, ideally within the financial or tax software industry, is preferred.
