Web Designer

Experienced Web Designer to support a fast-moving digital design workstream within a large, regulated corporate environment. This role focuses on designing and updating web experiences within established brand systems, templates, and governance standards. The Web Designer will collaborate closely with creative leadership and content teams to deliver high-quality, compliant digital assets. The position requires immediate contribution, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with structured design frameworks. Location & Work Type Location: Syosset, New York Work Type: Remote Key Responsibilities Design and update web experiences using Figma while leveraging established design systems, templates, and component libraries. Apply and maintain strict adherence to corporate brand standards, including typography, color systems, layout rules, and accessibility requirements. Collaborate with content and delivery teams to ensure designs are optimized for platform implementation. Create, edit, and optimize visual assets, including image cropping and color correction, using Adobe Photoshop. Develop supporting graphics and materials using Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint. Execute assigned design tasks independently while managing priorities in a structured, delivery-focused environment. Incorporate feedback efficiently from creative leadership and stakeholders. Communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional partners. Qualifications Required: Proven experience in Web Design, ideally within enterprise or corporate environments. Advanced proficiency in Figma with the ability to contribute productively from day one. Strong foundation in graphic design principles. Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience producing presentation materials in PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and designing for AEM-based websites. Demonstrated ability to work within strict brand guidelines and structured design systems. Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual judgment. Experience using project and task management tools. Preferred (Optional): Experience supporting highly regulated or corporate design environments. Background working across global or distributed teams. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
