Web Developer/ Database Administrator - (In-House)Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer for a fast-paced team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our company's web applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of developers.
Core Skills/Experience include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
- Strong desire to build user-friendly UI applications.
- Ability to develop mobile responsive web applications.
- Enhance web pages with additional capabilities and functions
- Ability to quickly understand user requirements and UI designs and turn them into world-class UI applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Use Trello to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Track record of successful delivery of solutions in challenging environments to tight deadlines.
- Problem solver, a quick learner, team player and a general sense of pride in your work.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Working with a fun, energetic, progressive team of software developers across different
- regions who will value your input and overall contribution to various product streams.
- Using the latest web technologies to build world class applications for our customers.
- Creating high-quality, scalable, and reusable web components using the latest JavaScript
- frameworks and libraries.
- Attending and contributing to regular development meetings.
- Participating in estimation discussions with the product and engineering teams.
- Managing other front and back-end developers, designers, product owners and QA.
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
- Oversee deployment of production code.
- Assist in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions for Shopify, WooCommerce and API Connector related issues.
- Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
