Job Summary:

As a Web Developer at CiviTronix, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining web applications and internal digital tools that support our engineering, design, and project management teams. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of web technologies that streamline processes, enhance user experience, and improve overall efficiency.

Your work will directly contribute to both client-facing digital solutions and internal tools that help us manage and deliver complex engineering projects. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects that require a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of engineering workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Additional certifications or training in web development frameworks, front-end/back-end development, or cloud computing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred)
    • Backend: Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP
    • Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
    • Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
    • Web Services & APIs: RESTful APIs, JSON, XML
    • Frameworks & Tools: Bootstrap, jQuery, Express.js, or similar
    • DevOps Tools: Docker, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
    • Security Best Practices: HTTPS, SSL/TLS, OAuth, and data encryption standards
  • Experience:a years of professional web development experience, including working with full-stack technologies and responsive design.Proven experience developing and maintaining web applications for both external users (clients) and internal teams.Experience with data integration and handling large datasets for visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to self-learning and career development.

Pay rate: $35.00 - $65.00 / hour

Location: (In Person) San Jose, California
