Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our innovative marketing and tech teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications that enhance the customer experience and streamline business operations. You'll work closely with our product, compliance, and operations teams to design and develop future iterations of our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end web applications used by both customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, architect, and implement new features
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of platforms handling sensitive financial data
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services, including payment gateways, authentication systems, and loan management tools
- Maintain and improve legacy systems and assist with modernization and migration efforts
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines to ensure quality and compliance
- Stay current with emerging web technologies along with best practices in SEO, AEO and AI integration
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- WordPress theme development (PHP)
- Gravity Forms / Gravity Flow configuration
- Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
- Basic understanding of loan/financial applications and products
- Understanding of web security, data privacy, and compliance standards (PCI, SOC2, etc.)
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech, banking, or short-term lending industry
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Basic SEO/AEO knowledge
