Responsibilities

Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Web Developer/Engineer Senior to work for our company.

Summary

Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
Responsible for the development of high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface.
Interfaces with clients to determine requirements.
Responsible for the development of middle to high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface.
Designs and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
Must be able to utilize HTML, XML, PERL, Apache, IIS, ASP.NET C# and VB, SSRS, ASP.NET Core, Angular, iOS Mobile Development, Xamarin and Oracle.
Requires extremely strong customer relation skills. Must be able to work independently with no supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology related field with 10 years of relevant experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in scripting, software development, web page design and development, hands-on software development/web-page development.
Experience utilizing HTML, XML, PERL, Apache, IIS, ASP.NET C# and VB, SSRS, ASP.NET Core, Angular, iOS Mobile Development, Xamarin and Oracle.
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other Agile Certification, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations, WebInspect, operating systems certification, or a programming/coding certification.
