We offer a supportive, team-focused environment where your growth matters.As a Web Sling Fabricator for Total Tool, you'll be responsible for producing, inspecting and testing synthetic assemblies and round slings in accordance with company manufacturing methods and standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build all flat and round synthetic slings to meet ASME and Total Tool standards.
• Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain all equipment and conduct weekly equipment inspections.
• Review all work orders for correct components.
• Conduct monthly rigging batch testing.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete annual safety training. 

• No sewing experience required - just a good attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn!
• Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry
• Ability to learn internal computer program
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to learn sewing patterns and stitch length
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Bilingual preferred- Spanish and English

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to regularly walk up and down stairs as well as throughout production and warehouse facility. 
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
