Position Summary:
The Website and Intranet Administrator is responsible for managing the district's digital platforms across all schools. This position ensures the district's public website and internal intranet are accurate, secure, and user-friendly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Website & Intranet Administration
- Manage and maintain the district's public-facing website and internal intranet platform (e.g., Happeo, Google Sites, or other CMS).
- Ensure website content is current, accurate, and aligned with district branding and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with school leaders, departments, and communications staff to publish updates, announcements, and key resources.
- Maintain intranet organization, site permissions, and navigation to enhance staff access to internal tools and information.
- Work with vendors or IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve website or intranet performance issues.
- Support staff with intranet training and content updates as needed.
