The RoleAs a Weekday High Reach Forklift Operator (ESR), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert.

Core ResponsibilitiesHigh Reach Forklift Operators are a key component of the customer experience and are responsible for handling product safely and accurately in accordance with RLS standard operating procedures.

Day-to-Day Duties• Operate high reach (ESR) forklifts and other powered industrial trucks• Count freight received and shipped• Verify counts against drivers’ Bills of Lading (BOLs)• Identify and document count variances and obtain required driver signatures• Prepare overage, shortage, and damage reports• Select and stage outbound product for shipment• Meet performance metrics established by the Warehouse Manager• Pallet wrapping is a significant part of the role
