What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help individuals with disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives by assisting with daily activities and providing companionship and encouragement.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support• Assisting with meal preparation and housekeeping• Medication reminders and wellness support• Running errands and transportation assistance• Participating in games, activities, and community outings• Supporting personal care and hygiene needs• Helping clients develop life skills and independence

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient• At least 18 years old• High school diploma or GED preferred• Strong communication skills and positive attitude• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle• Caregiving experience preferred:

6 months paid experience OR
1 year unpaid caregiving experience
