Job Description
1st Shift Weekend Packer
Pro Resources Staffing Services is partnered with a well-established company located in Garrett, IN. We are currently seeking Production Employees to inspect and package automotive products. Will start 4/11/26 and run approximately 3 months but could be longer
Shift and Compensation
- 6am-2:00pm
- $19 an hour
- Sat and Sun
Job Duties
- Follow the process sheets when packaging parts and report any quality issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Delegate and assign job responsibilities of team members to ensure processes are followed and job rotation occurs.
- Inspect the parts and process before, during and after each packaging job.
- Record and maintain packaging rates, reporting any scrap.
- Accurately count production, labels, pallets, finished goods, etc.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-35 pounds continuously, and less than 25 pounds frequently.
- Capable of standing for a 10-hour shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and pick items up
