Job Description

This position is for Crew Member's available Saturday AND Sunday every weekend. You must be 16 or older to fill this position.

Our locally Owned Culver's is a great environment for all ages and background and no experience is required to succeed. We look forward to working with both first time job applicants and seasoned hospitality workers alike!

Job Responsibilities and Description

Our team members will learn a variety of positions in the restaurant including Front of House (drive thru, registers, deserts, order delivery) or Back of House (grill, fryers, sandwiches, packaging).
You may work one or the other, or be cross trained depending on need and ability.

Requirements

Must be 16 or older to fill all necessary requirements of this job
Must be quick on your feet, with the ability to work at a fast pace while providing top tier hospitality
We require an attitude of service and teamwork with a pleasant demeanor and care for our guests and team mates
Must be able to count change (front of house) and handle quick math in kitchen while reading orders and summarizing needed production quantities.
Must posses good hygiene practices with neatly trimmed hair that may be restrained, no facial hair, and no facial piercings or gauges (one small nose stud is allowed).
Adults 18 and over must complete a required background check: Due to the nature of our business and our work environment, which includes employees and guests who may be minors, employment is subject to a criminal background check. Applicants must meet our criminal-history requirements, which include disqualification for felony convictions. Criminal history will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law.
