How do I make an impact on my team?
Serve up a memorable dining experience as a Weekend Morning Hotel Server, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every guest enjoys friendly, attentive service.
- Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
- Take dining room and room service orders; communicating them to the kitchen through the point-of-sale system; follow-up directly with cooks as needed
- Check in frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met
- Prepare checks and post payments using the point-of-sale system
- Remove dishware from tables/counters during the dining experience as well as at the end; take them to the kitchen for washing
- Clean and sanitize the service and guest areas of the restaurant as needed
What does success look like in this role?
- Three or more months of restaurant experience
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
