You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a production team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.*
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and inspect work to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.*
- Prioritize workloads, allocate resources effectively, and drive daily production goals.*
- Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve issues quickly and keep work aligned.*
- Enforce safety, ergonomic, security, and environmental standards to maintain a compliant workplace.*
- Hire, train, and evaluate team members; support development and performance.*
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to boost productivity.*
- Report operational issues, progress, and safety concerns to upper management promptly.
- MUST BE a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.*
- 23 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.*
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.*
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees.*
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
