Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Weekend Warrior LPN-NOC for our client in Richland Center, WI 53581. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now! Position Title: Weekend Warrior LPN-NOC Location: Richland Center, WI 53581 Duration: 13 weeks Work Schedule:

Monday Friday: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM (8-hour night shifts)
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide direct nursing care and administer medications/treatments to residents.
Monitor resident conditions, document findings, and report changes to the care team.
Assist with care plans, wound care, and other nursing procedures within scope of practice.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care.

Long-Term Care (LTC) and resident care experience.
Medication administration and clinical assessment skills.
EMR documentation and patient monitoring proficiency.
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
