Job Description
Weigh Master / Scale House Administrator
West Haven, UT or Wells Facility (Willard Bay Exit)$20$22/hour | Full-Time
We're seeking an additional Weighmaster (Scale House Administrator) to join our team! This position may be based out of our West Haven office or our Wells Facility near the Willard Bay exit, so candidates within a reasonable commuting distance are preferred.
Schedule
- Monday Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during the busy summer season
- Summer Hours: 6:006:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Off-Season Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using the scale system.
- Verify customer orders, load weights, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch, loaders, and plant personnel.
- Process scale tickets, payments, and data entry accurately.
- Maintain records and prepare daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous scale house, dispatch, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in construction materials, aggregate, asphalt, trucking, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
