New entry level weld trainee positions available! We are looking for candidates like you! Essential Personnel is seeking Welders for a manufacturing company in Kearney. Candidates are preferred to have previous weld related experience, the ability to read a tape measure, be familiar with weld processes, and have strong attention to detail. An ideal candidate should be a quick learner, be able to work independently, and have a great attendance record.

Requirements for Weld Trainee:

Able to work independently
Superior attendance record
Familiar with welding
Able to read blueprints

Responsibilities for Weld Trainee:

Measure, cut, and assemble products
Perform quality welds
Utilize hand tools
Follow safety guidelines
