Your Team & Your Role

As a Welder, you are a critical partner supporting our manufacturing operations by providing high-quality welding services for plant equipment, components, and structural needs. Your work helps ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations-so our farmers can rely on the equipment they need when they need it.

Your Impact

  • Perform welding and fabrication work on a variety of equipment, components, and structures to support plant operations.
  • Perform high‑quality welding and fabrication to support engineering builds, prototypes, and product development activities.
  • Review and interpret engineering prints, models, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of design specifications.
  • Locate and position parts accurately based on engineering requirements, ensuring proper fit, orientation, and weld readiness.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety requirements.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or welding certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing welding and fabrication.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with plant teams.
