• Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to understand product requirements
• Set up and weld aluminum components using MIG, TIG, and other welding processes as needed
• Inspect finished welds using measuring and inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Grind, de-bur, and finish components to achieve required surface specifications
• Perform basic equipment repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety procedures and 5S principles
• Load and unload materials and shipments using appropriate equipment when required

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous welding experience preferred; MIG and TIG experience is a plus
• Ability to obtain welding certifications as required
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect parts to customer specifications
• Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and participate in additional training as needed
