• Weld carbon steel and other materials using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
• Fabricate and assemble tanks, vessels, and components according to blueprints and work instructions
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and fabrication tools safely
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and specification compliance
• Perform layout, cutting, fitting, and tacking of materials
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes
• Ability to work at heights of 10-15 feet when required
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
• Preferred Qualifications: • Experience welding tanks, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial equipment
