• Reinforce and promote company core values in daily interactions with coworkers and customers
• Work from verbal instructions, blueprints, and work orders
• Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for welding
• Perform MIG/TIG welding on a variety of parts and components
• Use hand tools including grinders, hammers, spot welders, clamps, fixtures, and jigs
• Read complex prints and plan work procedures to ensure quality production
• Complete complex welds according to specifications and quality standards

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience
• Ability to pass an internal welding test
• Working knowledge of welding principles, methods, equipment, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and lay out parts from prints
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and demonstrated ability to perform complex welds
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
