• Set up and perform welding according to prints, including spot, robotic, and MIG welding
• Grind and sand finished products to meet workmanship and cosmetic quality standards
• Use inspection equipment and review blueprints to verify product quality
• Enter work order and labor-reporting information into the computer system
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor
• Follow established health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional production duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of mechanical and manufacturing techniques
• Basic computer skills, including typing, printing, and data entry
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Metal fabrication and welding experience preferred
