This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity where your expertise will help produce top-tier products for clients who value precision and excellence.As a Welder with us, you'll be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality steel and aluminum components, interpreting detailed blueprints, and ensuring all finished pieces meet strict standards. • Weld steel and aluminum components using MIG welding techniques*
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately*
• Measure and fabricate parts with precision*
• Maintain quality standards throughout the welding process*
• Follow safety protocols and workplace standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of MIG welding experience with steel and/or aluminum*
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings*
• Proficient in using measuring devices and fabrication tools*
• High School Diploma or GED*
• Ability to work on-site in Hartville, Ohio

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment fabrication*
• Certifications in advanced welding techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred*
• At least 2 years of dedicated welding experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed on Saturdays*
