Welder

Do you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands? Essential PErsonnel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented candidate to fill a Welder position at our Grand Island location. Candidates must have experience with MIG welding. An ideal candidate should be able to read blueprints, work efficiently on a weekend schedule, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements for Welder:

• Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes (Robotic welding experience preferred)

• Basic understanding of blueprints, welding specifications, and work instructions

• Experience using inspection and measuring tools (calipers, weld gauges, tape measures)

Responsibilities for Welder:

• Perform MIG and pulse welding on metal components according to specifications

• Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality components

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are welded accurately

• Set up welding equipment, make necessary adjustments, and conduct daily maintenance

• Inspect completed work using precision tools to ensure quality standards are met

• Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and all safety guidelines
