Job Description

A growing manufacturing organization in Northvale, NJ is seeking an experienced Night Shift Welder to join its team.

This is a skilled welding opportunity requiring a high degree of precision, consistency, and attention to quality. The ideal candidate has experience performing sanitary welding within food & beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The organization is expanding and looking for someone who can bring strong technical expertise to the team while maintaining the quality standards required within a sanitary manufacturing operation.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

Extensive professional welding experience
Strong sanitary welding background
Previous experience in food/beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, or similar manufacturing
Ability to consistently produce clean and precise welds
Strong attention to detail and quality
Understanding of sanitary manufacturing expectations
Welding certification or equivalent experience
Ability to successfully complete a welding test during the interview process
Ability to work 4:00 PM–1:00 AM
Strong reliability and work ethic
Team-oriented mentality
