Welder / Fabricator – 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMOvertime available (early start as early as 5:00 AM, late stays, or occasional Fridays)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform MIG welding to assemble and fabricate metal components
- Set up and operate equipment such as:
- CNC lathes
- Plasma cutters
- Brake press & shears
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Use jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, angle finders)
- Assemble, align, and adjust parts using hand and power tools
- Prepare materials, secure workpieces, and monitor machine performance
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain production flow to meet deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist team members as needed to support workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with MIG welding and fabrication equipment
- Ability to weld in vertical, flat, and overhead positions
- Strong ability to read blueprints and dimensional specs
- Experience with:
- Plasma cutting & torch work
- CNC and fabrication machinery
- Measuring tools and gauges
- Basic math skills (fractions, angles, measurements)
- Forklift and overhead crane experience (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in awkward positions (kneeling, overhead, etc.)
- Ability to climb ladders and work in a manufacturing environment
