Job Description

The Conway Penmac office is hiring experienced Welders for a local manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. If you have welding experience and are looking for a stable 3rd shift position, we encourage you to apply.Requirements for the Welder

2 years Previous welding experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Knowledge of welding equipment, techniques, and safety procedures
Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality inspections
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screenings

Welder Responsibilities

Perform welding operations according to specifications and production requirements
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Read blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
Operate tools and equipment necessary to complete assigned work
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and quality standards
Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Pay and Schedule

$22.00 per hour
Full-time position
3rd Shift: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
